What began as a one-woman mission to lighten the load for busy individuals and families has grown into a trusted brand, a thriving franchise, and a name synonymous with exceptional service.

Founded in 2010 by Allison Welch after being an assistant and marketing liaison to a high-profile athlete followed by working for a family in NYC. The thought was, “not everyone needs, or can afford a full-time assistant and event planner”, hence our hourly ala carte model with a variety of lifestyle services was created.

When As You Wish started franchising 2024, Bryn Thompson joined the team as Partner and Chief Operating Officer. Her strengths align perfectly with our national expansion plans, allowing others to benefit from standardized operations and streamlined systems that support scalable growth.
