ALLISON WELCH

CEO & Founder

Allison Farrar Welch is the visionary behind As You Wish Lifestyle. With over a decade of experience in event planning and executive assistance, she founded the brand in 2010. Her unique blend of personalized and efficient services has led to successful events from New York to Aspen. Allison holds a Marketing degree from Coastal Carolina University and a Meeting & Event Planning certification from the University of North Carolina. Outside of her professional life, she is active in Denver charities and enjoys yoga, hiking, and family time.

BRYN THOMPSON

Partner & COO

Bryn Thompson joined the As You Wish Lifestyle team to support franchise operations for organizational success as we expand into new markets. Bryn brings the perfect blend of hospitality, sales, and technology operation experience. She has worked with multiple companies on their global expansion goals, operation models, and opening new markets. In her spare time, Bryn enjoys skiing, hanging with her nephews, playing tennis, and completing home projects.

Barrett Welch

BARRETT WELCH

Director ofFinance and Operations

As our Director of Finance & Operations and husband of our founder Allison, Barrett brings with him 15 years of corporate finance experience, as well as an intimate behind the scenes knowledge of the As You Wish business model.

 

Originally from East Grand Rapids, MI, Barrett attended Aquinas College where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Business Administration. Following college and several years in public accounting, Barrett made the move to Colorado after accepting a corporate finance position with Vail Resort’s private club division. Since then, Barrett has worked for some Colorado’s largest companies throughout various industries, most recently as the assistant controller for a multi-national company based here in Denver. Barrett enjoys spending time with family and enjoying Colorado.
